It’s a question we hear all too often – so, to help answer it, we’ve compiled a roundup of our top projects from 2017 to show you what it’s really like working with a digital marketing agency like ATTAIN…
We get creative
“We need a brand!” “We want to expand our brand!” “We need a facelift!”
The ATTAIN team rubs its hands with delight when we hear this because we love nothing more than getting creative for our clients.
Alfred H Knight needed a brand refresh to reflect its reputation built over 135 years in the metal and mineral industry but was concerned how its consistency could be maintained globally.
Along with revitalising the brand to reflect the company’s success, ATTAIN produced a 60-page brand guide to ensure continuity of colour palettes, tone of voice, logo usage, images, signage, clothing and documentation in print and online. An online brand portal provided staff nominated as ‘brand guardians’ to access templates and access for queries.
We put your brand to work
Creating a brand is just the start of promoting your business. We pride ourselves on putting brands to work and creating results for our clients that are based on understanding who your customers are, and where to find them.
Which is exactly what we did for leading exhibition organiser Launch Events – following the development of their Digital Marketing Roadshow brand, we delivered a combination of print, web, email and social media campaigns to increase exposure and drive event registration.
We get closer to your customers
ATTAIN’s digital team pride themselves on bringing clients and their customers closer together using online campaigns that excite and entertain audiences.
And no better example of this is our work with children’s crafts manufacturer Little Brian, who wanted to expand from the education into the consumer market – attracting the lucrative parent market to their activity products.
We created an interactive customer experience through a microsite to promote their Little Brian Paint Sticks. Our ‘Little Gallery’ encourages customers to submit their own artwork created with Little Brian’s Paint Sticks products, and also features a blog with hints and tips for budding-Banksys and mini-Monets. The microsite was added to the company social media channels and generated greater exposure and interaction for the brand.
Clients can choose to visit one location of the ATTAIN world, whether that’s our Creative Studio or Twittering Bird Pub, or take a full trip around the world to have all your digital marketing needs met.
Our full-service approach is one of the reasons for our longstanding client relationships. We have worked on many projects with packing and coding equipment supplier Xact over the last 11 years. The full ATTAIN skillset was required in its recent full rebrand, including our web services for a new multi-level website.
We measure results
As our MD Danny Parker says: “The marketing landscape is changing so quickly and there are so many tools out there to help you understand your audience so use them, learn from them and benefit from them.”
As leaders in the recruitment industry Barclay Jones needed our creative and technical capability to match their expertise. A more contemporary brand and website, combined with ATTAIN’s GDPR complaincy advice, was vital to improve Barclay Jones’s user experience online, and ensure data capture and customer relationship management was fully compliant with data protection regulations.
Data analysis of the new site by ATTAIN showed page views increased by almost a fifth and the average time spent on the website jumped 40 per cent. The business have experienced more return visits and a reduce in bounce rates.
