Major are a large national recruitment company who quickly grew and acquired multiple subsidiaries, requiring a robust, flexible platform that would accommodate them. Major previously created a platform that didn’t quite work for them, with too much rigidity and lacking the functionality they desired.
ATTAIN stepped in to assist Major in building a flexible, easily updateable website on a WordPress framework. The new site allowed them to easily maintain updates to sectors and brands, as well as having an integrated Broadbean feed that automatically pulled in new vacancies and passed back applications to streamline administration.
ATTAIN worked with the Broadbean team to create an API that included all the information required to build a user friendly vacancy search based on Major’s individual preferences and requirements, which included a location based search. A refreshed brand style was created in line with Major’s existing guidelines to create a fresh new look without straying too far away from their existing, well established brand.
ATTAIN ensured the site was GDPR compliant, site speed was optimised and SEO management capabilities were included, as well as installing analytics tools to allow ongoing measurements for improvement.
