The ATTAIN System is currently held in London with Rackspace, one of the world largest hosting companies. We chose Rackspace as their support allows us to scale ATTAIN to meet our client demands. Rackspace has exceptional knowledge of hosting and provides a dedicated support channel that is available to the ATTAIN team 24/7.

TNT Post - TranSend
The ATTAIN System has been integrated with the TNT Post TranSend product. This allows ATTAIN users to send hybrid mail, from within the ATTAIN system, electronically to the nearest TNT distribution centre where the communication is then printed, packed and delivered to the final delivery address.
ATTAIN acts as the central location for all of your data, so you’ll take comfort in knowing that we’ve chosen the best technical platforms. Through a considered and tested approach, we work with several of the leading technical platforms to ensure that ATTAIN continues to deliver for our clients and their customers, with an unrivalled quality of service.
The current ATTAIN system works using the following technical platforms:

MySQL
MySQL is used for the main database behind ATTAIN. Here all contact data (such as Title, Forename, Surname, Address etc), campaign data and search data is stored, making it available for segmentation through the ATTAIN system.

MongoDB
We work with MongoDB to store extra fields that are not currently in MySQL. This is a great way to store data in all different formats. Unlike MySQL which is a relationship database, MongoDB is defined by how we need to use it and therefore can be tailored for each of our clients.

PowerMTA
PowerMTA is the leading email gateway software product which was built to address the challenges of email marketing and customer communications. PowerMTA works hand-in-hand with ATTAIN to ensure optimal delivery and tracking of your email campaigns. PowerMTA provides information back to ATTAIN which can be used for filtering and reporting of campaign results.
